The SAGE 150 System

Sage 150 is a new, compact ESCA system developed from the basic concept of the SAGE 100. SAGE 150 is a system for fully automated qualitative and quantitative routine ESCA analysis. Based on VACOS (Vacuum and Acquisition Core System) with the programs SpecsCtrl and SpecsLab (Data Acquisition Software) SAGE is dedicated to quality control applications.
